Attorney Shayna Reitman Joins Brinkley Morgan's Tax and Business Litigation Practice

Aug 22, 2011 -- Brinkley Morgan, a full-service law firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach, announced that attorney Shayna M. Reitman joined the firm as an associate and will practice with the firm's tax, corporate and business litigation group. Prior to joining Brinkley Morgan, Reitman was an associate attorney at Fowler White Burnett, P.A.

She will work with our business clients on corporate transactions, tax issues and represent them in litigation matters," said Philip Morgan, managing partner at Brinkley Morgan. At Brinkley Morgan, Reitman will handle business and real property litigation as well as the representation of businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in business transactions including the buying and selling of businesses; the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; and contracts and agreements; and tax matters.
Reitman, a LEED Accredited Professional, received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Law School, and her LL.M. in taxation from the University Of Alabama.
She serves on the Board of Directors of the Broward County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section and is the Chair of their widely-attended and successful annual Judicial Reception. Reitman is a resident of Fort Lauderdale.
