Kenneth A. Gordon Organizes and Moderates FL Bar Seminar Entitled: Practical and Theoretical Aspects of Evidence for the Family Law Practitioner

Gordon, an Equity Partner in the law firm of BRINKLEY MORGAN, has organized and will moderate the upcoming Florida Bar seminar entitled: Practical & Theoretical Aspects of Evidence for the Family Law Practitioner. The seminar will take place on Friday, November 19th at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina.
Mr. Gordon practices in the area of marital and family law with a special emphasis in dissolution of marriage, alimony, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution, adoption and other family law matters. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law and holds an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell. He is a member of the First American Family Law Inns of Court, Barrister, and he is a member of the American, Florida and Broward County Bar Associations. Mr. Gordon is on the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Florida Bar and has published various articles on family law issues such as "Working with the Vocational Expert," published in the Family Advocate. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics and he teaches the Substantive Family Law Portion of the Certification Seminar for family law mediators. Kenneth A. Gordon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Florida State University in 1983 and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he was the founding President of the University of Miami Family Law Society and Co-Chair of the Law School Liaison Committee of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. Additionally, he was the recipient of the AAML Scholarship in 1997 and was awarded the Dean's Certificate for Litigation Skills.
