William S. Kramer Joins Brinkley Morgan

May 07, 2012 -- Brinkley Morgan, a full-service law firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, announced that attorney William S. Kramer joined the firm as a partner. His practice areas include real estate, business and corporate law. He is Florida Bar board certified as a specialist in real estate.
"Mr. Kramer has distinguished himself as an outstanding attorney and we look forward to having him join our team," said Phil Morgan, managing partner at Brinkley Morgan.
Kramer represents banks, lenders, investors, developers and builders in real estate matters and also serves as outside counsel to a number of large and small businesses and health care practices. He will be based in the firm's Boca Raton office, though his practice encompasses Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
He is AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell, has been named a Top Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide and is recognized as a Legal Elite by the Florida Trend. Kramer has served as the Chairman of the City of Parkland Code Enforcement Board, past chairman of the Florida Bar's Boca Raton Area Grievance Committee and past chairman of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association's Real Estate Committee and Liaison Committee with CPAs.
Kramer received a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. He also is a certified public accountant. He is a resident of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.
