About Harris K. Solomon

As a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Business Litigation, Harris K. Solomon concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, estate litigation, trust litigation and representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. With extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the courtroom, he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

An active member of the South Florida community, he served for 20 years on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, where he previously served as President. He has also previously served as President of Temple Bat Yam of East Fort Lauderdale and on its board for twenty years and as a member of the Board of Directors for H.O.M.E.S, Inc.

Additionally, Mr. Solomon is AV® Preeminent® rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been honored as one of the Top Lawyers in the South Florida Legal Guide and among Florida Super Lawyers® by Super Lawyers Magazine.
