Brinkley Morgan Welcomes Attorney Salvatore A. Polidoro

Brinkley Morgan is pleased to announce that it is expanding its Trusts and Estates team with the addition of attorney Salvatore A. Polidoro as a new Associate in the firm.

Mr. Polidoro, who is based out of the firm’s Boca Raton office, represents high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners in a wide variety of complex taxation and trust and estate matters. He focuses his practice on estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents; administration of estates and trusts; and estate and gift tax planning.

Mr. Polidoro has experience representing clients in complex tax litigation and other tax controversies, as well as debt collection matters with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR). He also advises individuals relocating from high-income tax jurisdictions within the United States and international clients relocating to the United States.

Brinkley Morgan Estate and Trust Litigation attorneys represent trustees, personal representatives, guardians, charitable organizations, family businesses, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in a full range of estate, trust, and fiduciary disputes.

In addition to Mr. Polidoro joining Brinkley Morgan, paralegal Carey Gable-Gibson also joins the Brinkley Morgan trusts and estates team. Ms. Gable-Gibson is an experienced Florida registered paralegal who previously worked closely with Mr. Polidoro at his previous firm.

Mr. Polidoro is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section (RPPTL); the RPPTL Attorney/Trust Officer Liaison Conference Committee; and its Tax Section. He is also a member of the Palm Beach Tax Institute and Palm Beach Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Polidoro received both his Juris Doctor and Masters of Laws in Taxation degrees from the University of Miami School of Law with a concentration in International Taxation. Throughout law school, he extensively studied all aspects of taxation, including European Union law at the Universita Di Bologna Studiatorium.  He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Washington D.C. and U.S. Tax Court. He is fluent in English, Italian, and Sicilian and is conversational in Spanish.
