Bill Kramer Named Circuit Court Mediator by Supreme Court of Florida, Expanding 40+ Years of Real Estate and Business Law Expertise

Veteran attorney and Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Specialist William S. Kramer of Brinkley Morgan has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator, expanding his role into formal dispute resolution for complex real estate and commercial matters.

Kramer’s certification became effective June 5, 2026. He has been added to the Florida Supreme Court’s roster of certified mediators, with certification valid through June 5, 2028.

Kramer brings more than 40 years of experience in real estate and business law to his mediation practice. A Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate since 1995, he represents lenders, developers, investors, builders, landlords, tenants, and business owners across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties in complex financing, transactional, and dispute matters.

In addition to his real estate practice, Kramer serves as outside counsel to closely held businesses and healthcare practices, handling entity formations, operating and shareholder agreements, transactions, and disputes, including employment and professional practice matters.

His extensive background includes leadership roles within the Florida Bar and local legal and charitable organizations, as well as recognition as an AV Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and honors from Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite.”
