About Dominique M. Sciullo

As a member of Brinkley Morgan’s Marital & Family Law group, Dominique Sciullo focuses her practice in all areas of marital and family law, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, and dissolution of marriage cases involving alimony, child support, parental responsibility, timesharing, and equitable distribution.

Dominique received her B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania and earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was during her time at Duquesne University that she was first introduced to family law as a certified legal intern assisting self-represented litigants who met certain financial eligibility criteria in the family court.

For two years, Dominique facilitated and drafted business-to-business contracts for a Fortune 500 company. She led communication between the legal, pricing and operational business teams while also providing legal guidance and issue resolution to these team members. Following her decision to expand her legal career in a litigation role, she has represented physicians, nurses, and financial institutions in civil litigation suits. Dominique pursued her passion for helping families at a boutique marital and family law firm prior to joining Brinkley Morgan.
