Brinkley Morgan, an AV rated law firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, is seeking a full-time family law legal assistant to work with our team. This will be a hybrid position, requiring in-office work from our Boca Raton office, and occasional work from our Fort Lauderdale office.
This candidate will be responsible for initial case setup in Aderant Total Office (ATO), e-filing, scheduling, docketing, preparation of pleadings and correspondence, consistent and ongoing follow-up on pending items, and overall file organization in ATO, including both documents and emails. Candidate should be a team player with a positive, “can do” attitude. Candidate should also be tech savvy and comfortable learning and working in new programs. This candidate will take direction from both attorneys and paralegals. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Brinkley Morgan, an AV rated law firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for our Fort Lauderdale office. Candidate should be well versed in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Candidate will be involved with review and clearance of title matters, performing due diligence research and review, resolution of City and County code/violation/permit issues, document drafting, funding and post-closing.
