Brinkley Morgan Expands Marital and Family Law Team

Brinkley Morgan is pleased to announce that it is expanding its Marital and Family Law team with the addition of attorney Hunter C. Blume as a new Associate in the firm. Ms. Blume, who is based out of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, focuses her practice on dissolution of marriage cases involving alimony, child support, parental responsibility, timesharing, and equitable distribution, paternity, and prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Ms. Blume joins Brinkley Morgan from Francia Cabral Law in Miami where she gained experience representing a variety of clients in family law matters including paternity, post-judgment modifications, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and dissolution of marriage cases.

Ms. Blume is admitted to practice law in Florida. She is a member of The First Family Law American Inns of Court, The Florida Association of Women Lawyers, The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Section, and The Florida Bar’s Family Law Section.

Ms. Blume earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and was the Associate Editor and the Online Editor of Cardozo’s International Comparative Policy and Ethics Law Review.  While in law school, she was a member of Cardozo’s Divorce Mediation Clinic where she held weekly divorce mediations at the New York State Supreme Court. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University where she was a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society.
