Brinkley Morgan Adds Tyler D. Miller to Marital and Family Law Group

Brinkley Morgan is pleased to announce that Tyler D. Miller has joined the firm as an associate in its Marital and Family Law Group, where he will represent individuals and families in a wide range of sensitive and complex family law matters.

Mr. Miller focuses his practice on divorce, complex custody and timesharing disputes, paternity actions, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Known for his compassionate and strategic approach, he works closely with clients as they navigate some of the most personal and emotionally challenging moments of their lives.

In addition to his family law practice, Mr. Miller has experience handling first-party property litigation and other civil disputes, giving him a well-rounded perspective and practical, solutions-oriented approach to advocacy.

Mr. Miller was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2020 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2023. He is also a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Section.

Mr. Miller earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he was actively involved in the Child and Youth Law Advocacy Clinic, where he developed a passion for advocating for children and families. That experience continues to inform his approach to family law and his commitment to ensuring clients feel heard, supported and well represented throughout the legal process.
