About Benjamin Sunshine

Benjamin Sunshine is a Senior Associate in Brinkley Morgan’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates, Estate and Trust Litigation, and Business Litigation practice groups.

In his Wills, Trusts, and Estates practice, Mr. Sunshine assists clients with all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents designed to preserve and transfer wealth efficiently and in accordance with their wishes. He also handles probate and trust administration, guiding personal representatives and trustees through all phases of the administration process.

His Estate and Trust Litigation practice focuses on representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in a wide range of contested estate and trust matters, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, will and trust contests, and removal and surcharge proceedings.

His Business Litigation practice concentrates on business torts and matters involving contractual, real property, and corporate disputes.

To further strengthen his knowledge and advance his practice in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, as well as Estate and Trust Litigation, Mr. Sunshine is currently pursuing his LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Mr. Sunshine is admitted to practice in Florida and Illinois. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. While in law school, he served as the Executive Production Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review and as a Staff Writer of the Illinois Business Law Journal. Mr. Sunshine earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Economics, and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Florida.
