Brinkley Morgan Announces John Lambros as New Managing Partner

Brinkley Morgan is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John Lambros as the new Managing Partner of the firm effective January 1st, 2021. He will succeed current Managing Partner Roberta Stanley who will remain at the firm and continue serving on the management committee after serving as Managing Partner since 2017.

As managing partner, he will serve and support the firm’s 23 attorneys in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. He will also remain on and continue to work with the management committee to lead the firm into further expansion by growing its young talent and attracting seasoned lawyers to complement the firm’s level of expertise of its different practice groups.

“I am proud and honored to have been selected as Brinkley Morgan’s next Managing Partner and to build on the firm’s success,” said Lambros. “I am committed to leading and mentoring the next generation of Brinkley Morgan attorneys and ensuring the firm continues to provide high quality services to our clients as well as meeting the needs of our community.”

Mr. Lambros’s priorities will entail growing all of the firm’s practice areas which include real estate; business litigation; corporate; wills, trusts and estate planning; probate litigation; local government; marital and family; bankruptcy; administrative and tax. He will also focus on enhancing the young attorneys’ skills required to grow their practice and meet their business development goals so they can grow with the firm.

“It’s an honor to pass the baton to John who started at the firm as an associate and has now risen the ranks to managing partner,” said Stanley. “He has great business sense and is well-respected by everyone at the firm, which are two important qualities for a successful managing partner. As senior attorneys, it is our responsibility to train and prepare the next generation and I’m confident that the new opportunities and ideas he will bring to the table will add value to our strong firm culture and ensure our firm evolves with the times and comes out stronger in a post-pandemic world.”

Mr. Lambros will continue his legal practice in the area of marital and family law, with a focus on dissolution of marriage issues including alimony, child support, parental responsibility, timesharing and equitable distribution; post-dissolution matters; adoption; paternity; premarital and postmarital agreements; and other related matters.

He is an active member of the community, previously serving on the Broward County Animal Care Advisory Committee, and the boards of directors for the Humane Society of Broward County and Pet Set.
