Brinkley Morgan Partner George J. Taylor Graduates from Class V of the Florida Fellows Institute of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Brinkley Morgan Partner George J. Taylor, Esq. recently graduated from Class V of the Florida Fellows Institute of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). To be admitted to the Institute’s six-session program, lawyers must be nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process.

Mr. Taylor’s Estate and Trust Litigation practice focuses on helping families and fiduciaries solve legal problems related to will and trust contests, trust accountings, breaches of fiduciary duty, removal of personal representatives (executors) and trustees including surcharge, creditor claims, elective share disputes, litigation between trust protectors, trustees, and trust beneficiaries, will construction, compensation disputes, issues with jointly held assets, and homestead litigation.
