Brinkley Morgan Supplies Students with Tools for Success with Back-to-School Drive for Kids In Distress, Inc.

Hundreds of kids throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties will have the school supplies they need this year, thanks to the law firm of Brinkley Morgan and Kids In Distress, Inc. (KID).

During the month of July, Brinkley Morgan hosted a back-to-school charity drive for children whose family situations make obtaining essential school supplies challenging.  Attorneys and staff collected backpacks and hundreds of school supplies, including notebooks, paper, pens, pencils, index cards, folders, rulers and calculators, which were delivered to KID just in time to prepare for the new school year.

“We recognize that there are many children in Broward and Palm Beach counties who wouldn’t be prepared for the new school year without the programs offered by KID,” said Brinkley Morgan Managing Partner Roberta Stanley. “We hope our donation will help boost their confidence and inspire others in the community to help as they can.”
