
Brinkley Morgan Promotes Attorneys Dominique Sciullo and Benjamin Sunshine to Senior Associates
Brinkley Morgan is pleased to announce that attorneys Dominique Sciullo and Benjamin Sunshine have been promoted to Senior Associates of the firm.
Ms. Sciullo is a member of the firm’s Marital & Family Law group, focusing her practice on all areas of marital and family law, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, and dissolution of marriage cases involving alimony, child support, parental responsibility, timesharing, and equitable distribution.
Mr. Sunshine is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Estate and Trust Litigation practice groups. His Business Litigation practice concentrates on business torts and matters involving contractual, real property, and corporate disputes, while his Estate and Trust Litigation practice focuses on representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in a wide variety of matters, including breach of fiduciary claims, will and trust contests, and removal and surcharge proceedings.

Ms. Sciullo has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Leader in the Law Award, Daily Business Review’s Florida Legal Awards “On the Rise” Award, the South Florida Business & Wealth Up & Comer Award for Excellence in Rising Leadership, and repeated selections to Super Lawyers Rising Stars, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, Palm Beach Illustrated Top Lawyers, and The Boca Raton Observer Top Lawyers.
She is actively involved in bar associations across Palm Beach and Broward counties, and has held multiple leadership roles with the South Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, including President of the Board and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors. She earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and her B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College, graduating cum laude.
Mr. Sunshine has also earned professional recognition, including graduation from the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (Class VI, 2024), selection to Super Lawyers Rising Stars, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, South Florida Legal Guide “Up & Comers,” and The Boca Raton Observer Top Lawyers.
He is an active member of several professional associations, including the Federal Bar Association (Broward Chapter), Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida. He also serves on the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “J.” Mr. Sunshine is currently enrolled in the University of Florida’s prestigious LL.M. in Taxation Program, which is widely recognized as one of the top graduate tax programs in the nation, and #1 among public law schools. He was also recently named to the Board of Directors at B’nai Aviv in Southwest Broward.
Mr. Sunshine earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as Executive Production Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. He earned dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude and magna cum laude, respectively.
